6-Week Courses
Enroll in a six-week course to learn all there is about pottery. You’ll learn how to throw and trim using the wheel and basic hand-building techniques. For three hours a week, you’ll have access to a talented instructor who will guide you through the process of making mugs, bowls, plates, or any other creative shapes you can think of! Classes, Workshops, & Events
Not sure where to start? Our one-time wheel classes provide a quick introduction to throwing. Our specialized workshops are a great way to create more specific things, from tequilero sets to flower vases, matcha bowls, and chip n’ dip platters. Check our calendar often for new offerings!
Open Studio
Reserve a spot at the studio for some playtime. There’s no instructor but you can still enjoy everything Amano offers. You can reserve a spot for hand-building, glazing, and wheel-throwing. Be sure to check the schedule to secure a spot (at least one six-week course required).
