6-Week Courses
Enroll in a six-week course to learn all there is about pottery. You’ll learn how to throw and trim using the wheel and basic hand-building techniques. For three hours a week, you’ll have access to a talented instructor who will guide you through the process of making mugs, bowls, plates, or any other creative shapes you can think of! Classes, Workshops, & Events
Not sure where to start? Our one-time wheel classes provide a quick introduction to throwing. Our specialized workshops are a great way to create more specific things, from tequilero sets to flower vases, matcha bowls, and chip n’ dip platters. Check our calendar often for new offerings! Classes are posted the first week of every month for the upcoming month.
Open Studio
Reserve a spot at the studio for some playtime. There’s no instructor but you can still enjoy everything Amano offers. You can reserve a spot for hand-building, glazing, and wheel-throwing. Be sure to check the schedule to secure a spot (at least one recent six-week course required).
